You don’t need to spend hours and hours at the gym either, we have found 4 hours a week is enough to see great results, mentally and physically!

CrossFit

CrossFit combines Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Mono-structural (think running, rowing, biking etc) with the aim of developing elite levels of fitness!

CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit kids classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit to kids from a young age, building a healthy relationship with health and fitness, all while having lots of fun!! We will be catering for our pre school ages (3-6) our kids ages (7-12) and CrossFit Teens (13-17)

There is so much I love about Tribe, the craic, the coaches, the community spirit, the investment in the clientele, Saturday morning partner workouts, the in-house comps, the nights out or in (beer pong baby) All of the above!
Since becoming a member 4 years ago, I can honestly say that my knowledge in respect of what it takes to achieve a decent level of health & functional fitness has grown exponentially. The coaches & community are amazing - Since joining Tribe i have been amazed at how encouraging and supportive the coaches & other members have been, i have learned so much & met so many great people through the gym, for me this is what makes Tribe such a fantastic place to train. I have learned so much since joining Tribe, techniques & mechanics of movements some of which i had never even attempted before joining. This has helped me to become more confident, passionate about improving & so much stronger!
