It’s perfect if you’re new to training, returning after a break, working around old injuries, or you just want more accountability and direction.
Structured personal training sessions, guided by your coach
If group classes feel overwhelming, or you want a plan that’s 100% tailored, personal training gives you full attention and clear progress. Every session is coached from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, so you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it moves you forward.
◌ Benefits
Why try Personal Training at Tribe CrossFit?
Personalised plan, not random workouts
We start with a conversation, not a stopwatch. We’ll talk about your goals, training history, schedule, and any aches or limitations then build a step-by-step plan that fits your life. No guessing. No wasted time.
Faster, safer progress
With a coach focused solely on you, you learn good technique quicker, avoid common mistakes, and build confidence doing things properly. We adjust on the fly when you’re tired, stressed, or sore, so you keep progressing without burning out.
Accountability that fits a busy schedule
It’s easier to stay consistent when someone’s in your corner. We’ll schedule sessions around your calendar, check in when needed, and keep the plan simple and realistic, so training becomes something you do, not something you “should do.”
What our Personal Training sessions in Moria look like
Every personal training session at Tribe CrossFit is built to make the most of your time, typically 45–60 minutes from start to finish.
- Check-in – quick chat about energy, sleep, stress, and any aches so we tailor the session to your day.
- Warm-Up – Mobility and prep specific to your body and the workout ahead.
- Main Training Block – Strength, conditioning, or both, based on your goals (with clear coaching and progressions).
- Cool-Down & Plan – Simple recovery plus a quick plan for what to focus on between sessions (steps, sleep, nutrition basics).
Most personal training clients see great progress with 1–2 sessions per week, and some choose to add CrossFit classes once they feel confident. We’ll help you pick the right mix based on your goals and schedule.

Personal Training FAQs
Is personal training in Moira right for beginners?
Yes. Personal training is one of the best ways to start. You’ll get 1:1 attention, learn the basics at your pace, and build confidence from day one.
What’s the difference between personal training and CrossFit classes?
CrossFit classes are coach-led group sessions with a shared workout. Personal training is fully tailored—your goals, your plan, your pace. Many members do one or the other, and some combine both.
How often should I do personal training?
Most people start with 1–2 sessions per week. During your consult, we’ll recommend a plan that fits your goals, budget, and schedule.
Can you work around old injuries or limitations?
Yes. We regularly coach people with back, knee, shoulder, and mobility issues. We’ll build a plan that respects your body while still helping you get stronger and move better.
I’m busy, will this actually fit my schedule?
That’s exactly what it’s for. We’ll keep the plan efficient, schedule sessions around your week, and make sure you always know what to do next.
