Yes. Beginners start every week. Everything is coach-led and scalable, so you can train at your level and build up safely.
What if I’m nervous or feel intimidated?
Totally normal. We’ve built Tribe to feel welcoming from day one, no ego, no pressure to keep up, just clear coaching and support.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
We’ll modify movements and choose options that let you train confidently while still making progress. You’ll never be forced into something that doesn’t feel right.
Do I have to be “in shape” before I join?
No. You get in shape by starting. Your job is to show up, our job is to coach you through it.
What happens in the Free Consultation?
It’s a relaxed chat with a coach. We’ll talk goals, schedule, and experience, show you around, and recommend the best way to start.
How do I know if I should do classes or personal training?
If you want more 1:1 attention, specific goals, or a quieter start, personal training can be perfect. If you want community and structure, classes are great. We’ll guide you either way.
